The Imperial Range IHR-GT24-2-E is a Spec Series heavy-duty electric range that brings versatile cooking capabilities to a 36-inch footprint. It integrates (2) round elements with a 24-inch thermostatic griddle and a standard oven, helping teams manage high-volume tasks efficiently from a single station. The thermostatic griddle offers controlled heat across its 24-inch surface, while the round elements add flexibility for a variety of pan and pot applications.
Built for workflow and presentation, this unit features a stainless steel front, sides, backguard, landing ledge, and kick plate. The oven includes a porcelain interior and (1) chrome rack. Grease management is addressed with a 4-inch grease trough plus removable grease can and crumb tray, and the 6-inch legs with adjustable feet aid placement. Certifications include cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and CE.
