Built for demanding cooklines, the IHR-GT24-2-M pairs two open burners with a 24" thermostatic griddle in a compact 36" modular footprint. The 1" thick griddle plate maintains consistent heat for searing, finishing, and holding, while thermostatic controls help you hit precise target temperatures across shifts. Cast iron "S" grates support stock pots and sauté pans side by side for efficient station work.
A 5" deep landing ledge and backguard aid plating and pan staging, and a removable crumb tray speeds end-of-day cleanup. Grease management is streamlined by a 4" wide gutter with a 1 gallon can capacity. Stainless steel front and sides stand up to daily use and wipe down easily. Delivering 140,000 BTU (41 kW) and meeting cETLus and NSF standards, this gas range integrates seamlessly into professional kitchens.
