The Imperial Range IHR-GT24-2 Spec Series heavy duty gas range brings versatile cooking to a 36-inch footprint. It pairs (2) open burners with cast iron “S” grates and a 24-inch griddle featuring a 1-inch thick plate and thermostatic controls, plus a standard oven with (1) chrome rack. Total output is 180,000 BTU (53 kW) to support a broad cooking mix across the top and oven.
Designed for streamlined workflow and clean presentation, this unit includes a 5-inch deep landing ledge, stainless steel front and sides, and a backguard & kick plate. A 4-inch wide grease gutter with 1-gallon can capacity and a removable crumb tray simplify cleanup, while 6-inch legs with adjustable feet aid onsite leveling. cETLus and NSF listings support code compliance.
