The Imperial Range IHR-GT24-2-XB brings versatile cooking power to a compact 36-inch gas unit with two open burners and a 24-inch griddle. Standard cast iron “S” grates support heavy pots, while the 1-inch-thick griddle plate delivers consistent surface performance. Thermostatic controls help maintain set temperatures, and a 4-inch-wide grease gutter with 1 gallon can capacity manages runoff efficiently during peak service.
Designed for efficient workflow, this Spec Series heavy duty range includes an open cabinet base with bottom shelf for accessible storage and a removable crumb tray for quick cleanup. A stainless steel front and sides, 5-inch-deep landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate support busy operations, while 6-inch legs with adjustable feet simplify leveling. With 140,000 BTU (41 kW) and cETLus, NSF listings, it fits the needs of chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
