The Imperial Range IHR-GT36-C is a spec series heavy duty gas range that pairs a 36" griddle with a convection oven to optimize line efficiency and output. Thermostatic controls help maintain consistent heat across the 1" thick plate, while a 4" wide grease gutter with 1 gallon can capacity supports clean, continuous operation. Stainless steel front and sides, a 5" deep landing ledge, and integrated backguard and kick plate promote organized workflow and durable performance.
Built for busy kitchens, this unit delivers 125,000 BTU (37kW) and features a convection oven powered by a 1/2 HP blower motor for even results. The oven includes (3) chrome racks to adapt to changing production needs, and 6" legs with adjustable feet ensure proper leveling. Electrical needs are streamlined at 120v/60, 6.0 amps. Certified cETLus, ETL, and NSF, the IHR-GT36-C supports safety and compliance in professional operations.
