A porcelain oven interior simplifies wipe-downs between batches.
To keep stations clean and safe, a 4-inch-wide grease trough channels runoff into a removable grease can. The stainless steel front, sides, backguard, kick plate, and landing ledge provide a durable, professional surface, and 6-inch legs with adjustable feet make leveling straightforward.
