The Imperial Range IHR-GT36-E is a Spec Series Heavy Duty electric 36-inch range featuring a griddle and one standard oven. Thermostatic controls set and hold cooking temperatures, while the oven’s porcelain interior and one chrome rack support straightforward operation and cleaning.
To streamline workflow, the design includes a splatter screen, a 4-inch-wide grease trough, and a removable grease can for efficient grease management. The unit’s stainless steel front, sides, backguard, kick plate, and landing ledge suit commercial environments, and 6-inch legs with adjustable feet simplify leveling. Certifications include cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and CE.
