The Imperial Range IHR-GT36 is a Spec Series heavy-duty gas range designed to streamline line service. A 36-inch griddle with a 1-inch thick plate and thermostatic controls provides precise, repeatable surface temperatures for consistent results across your menu. The 4-inch-wide grease gutter with a 1-gallon can capacity supports cleaner operation and faster end-of-shift maintenance.
Expand versatility with the standard oven and included chrome rack while maintaining a polished cookline. The stainless steel front and sides, 5-inch-deep landing ledge, and integrated backguard and kick plate help organize workflow, protect the station, and present a clean, professional appearance. Leveling is straightforward with 6-inch legs and adjustable feet. With 130,000 BTU (38 kW) of gas performance and cETLus, ETL, and NSF compliance, this range is built for efficient, high-output production.
