The Imperial Range IHR-PL36 is a Spec Series heavy duty gas range designed with a 36" plancha top for precise plate-to-plate production. Its 1/2" thick steel plate delivers the robust cooking surface chefs expect, while the stainless steel front and sides suit demanding commercial environments. A standard oven adds baking and finishing capabilities within the same footprint.
For smooth service, this model includes a 5" D landing ledge along with a backguard and kick plate. It stands on 6" legs with adjustable feet for straightforward leveling. Rated at 70,000 BTU (21 kW) and listed cETLus and NSF, the IHR-PL36 arrives ready for line use with one chrome rack in the oven.
