The Imperial Range IHR-PL36-XB is a Spec Series heavy duty gas range centered on a 36-inch plancha top. It features a 1/2-inch thick steel plate paired with a 30,000 BTU (9 kW) rating to match plancha cooking needs within a 36-inch width. Built for busy cooklines, this configuration focuses the cooking surface into a dedicated plancha setup.
Its work area includes a 5-inch-deep landing ledge, backguard, and kick plate, with a stainless steel front and sides for a cohesive station. An open cabinet base adds integrated storage below, and 6-inch legs with adjustable feet support flexible placement. The IHR-PL36-XB is listed to cETLus and NSF standards.
