The Imperial Range IHR-RB-M is a 36-inch, gas, modular charbroiler in the Spec Series heavy duty lineup. It provides 90,000 BTU (26 kW) of heat with cast iron radiants and slanted cast iron top grates. This configuration is built for charbroiling on a compact 36-inch platform while maintaining the durability expected in demanding commercial settings.
Operational details emphasize clean, organized workflow: a front grease gutter works with a removable crumb tray and drip pan to collect runoff and debris. The stainless steel front and sides offer a rugged exterior, while the 7-inch deep landing ledge and stub back provide a defined work area at the front of the unit. The IHR-RB-M is cETLus and NSF listed.
