A 3/4" smooth polished steel plate retains heat for steady performance, while two burners with manual controls let operators fine-tune zones as tickets change. Aeration baffles help distribute heat across the surface for consistent results. A continuous pilot keeps the unit ready between rushes for quick, predictable starts.
Stainless steel front, sides, ledge, and splash guards stand up to daily wear and simplify wipe-downs. A 4" wide grease gutter feeds a removable 1 gallon can with a weep hole, speeding end-of-shift maintenance. Raise it on 4" legs to align with adjacent equipment and keep floors easier to clean.
