The Imperial Range IMGA-3628 1 gas countertop griddle is built to keep busy cooklines moving. A 36 inch wide by 24 inch deep smooth, polished steel plate that’s 1 inch thick supports high-volume searing, browning, and all‑day production. Three griddle burners deliver a total of 90,000 BTU (26 kW) to help maintain throughput during peak service.
Operators control heat by feel with reliable manual controls, while a continuous pilot keeps burners ready between orders. Aeration baffles work with each burner section to support consistent performance across the plate. From eggs and pancakes to burgers and hash, this unit streamlines breakfast, lunch, and short‑order menus.
Cleanup and durability are designed in: a 4 inch wide front grease gutter feeds a removable 1 gallon can with a weep hole for easy monitoring. Stainless steel front, sides, ledge, and splash guards stand up to daily use, and 4 inch stainless steel legs provide sturdy countertop installation.
