The 3/4-inch thick plate and aeration baffles promote even heat across zones, supporting consistent results from open to close. Manual controls with a continuous pilot enable quick ignition and responsive adjustments for each station.
Streamline cleanup with a 4-inch wide grease gutter and a removable 1-gallon grease can featuring a weep hole to signal fill level. Stainless steel front, sides, ledge, and splash guards stand up to daily use, while 4-inch stainless legs set the unit at a comfortable working height and elevate for easy wipe-downs. Certified cETLus and NSF for commercial use.
