Drive multiple tickets at once using four independent griddle burners and straightforward manual controls. A continuous pilot keeps each station ready to fire, letting cooks stage breakfast, lunch, and dinner items without delay. Set up distinct temperature zones for searing proteins while holding vegetables or toasting buns.
Streamline cleanup with a 4 inch wide grease gutter that feeds a removable 1 gallon can with a weep hole for quick level checks. Durable stainless steel front, sides, ledge, and splash guards stand up to daily abrasion and wipe down fast. Sturdy 4 inch stainless steel legs provide a stable, sanitary countertop stance.
