The Imperial Range IMGA-7228 1 gas countertop griddle equips busy lines with a 72-inch by 24-inch cooking surface and a 1-inch thick smooth polished steel plate to handle peak-volume output. Six burners deliver a powerful 180,000 BTU (53 kW) to maintain performance across multiple menu items.
Dial in zones with manual controls and light fast using the continuous pilot, while aeration baffles promote even heat distribution across the plate. Sear proteins, brown pancakes, and finish sandwiches side-by-side to streamline ticket times and keep service moving.
Built for demanding kitchens, the stainless steel front, sides, ledge, and splash guards stand up to daily use, and 4-inch legs provide clearance for cleaning.
