Built for high-volume lines, the Imperial Range IR-10-C 60-inch Pro Series gas restaurant range streamlines production with ten open burners over a dual-oven base. Chefs can sear, sauté, and simmer simultaneously while staging pans across durable cast iron grates. A removable crumb tray speeds end-of-shift cleanup.
The oven base combines a convection oven with a 1/2 HP blower motor and three chrome racks for even baking with a standard oven for roasting or finishing. Porcelain interiors in both ovens resist stains and wipe down quickly, guarding uptime between services. Manual controls keep operation straightforward for busy crews.
Stainless steel front, sides, backguard, and shelf present a professional, easy-clean exterior suited to demanding kitchens. A 3-1/2-inch landing ledge improves plating and pan management, while 6-inch legs with adjustable feet help level the unit on uneven floors.
