The IR-10-EW-C is an electric, 60-inch pro series restaurant range built for busy kitchens. Ten wafer elements beneath a solid top support high pan volume, and infinite heat controls allow precise adjustments. A stainless steel front, sides, backguard, landing ledge, and kick plate create a durable, professional work surface that looks sharp on the line.
Two ovens streamline prep and service. The convection oven includes three chrome racks, while the standard oven provides one rack. A porcelain oven interior supports clean operation, and 6-inch legs with adjustable feet simplify installation and leveling. The IR-10-EW-C is cETLus listed, ETL-Sanitation listed, and CE marked to meet common compliance needs.
