This 60" pro series gas restaurant range consolidates power and workflow for busy cooklines. The IR-10-SU-C-XB combines ten open burners with an integrated convection oven and an open cabinet base to keep cooking, baking, and storage within arm’s reach. Standing pilot lights keep burners ready for fast turnarounds during peak service.
Five front burners and five step-up rear burners help stage sauces, sautés, and stock work simultaneously while maintaining visibility across multiple pans. The convection oven’s 1/2 HP blower motor and porcelain interior promote consistent results for roasting proteins, finishing casseroles, or baking sides. Three chrome racks and a round stainless steel chef’s handle simplify loading and rotation.
Built for daily use, the stainless steel front, sides, backguard, and shelf pair with a 3-1/2" landing ledge to streamline plating and pan staging. An open cabinet with bottom shelf organizes cookware, and a removable crumb tray speeds cleanup. Six-inch legs with adjustable feet make leveling easy on uneven floors.
