Engineered for busy lines, the Imperial Range IR-10-SU-CC is a 60" pro series gas range that helps chefs move from sear to service without breaking stride. Ten open burners—five standard and five step-up—with standing pilot lights let crews stage sauté pans and stock pots efficiently. With 380,000 BTU of total firepower, this workhorse keeps pace during peak periods.
Two convection ovens with 1/2 HP blower motors per cavity handle roasting, baking, and finishing at volume. Porcelain interiors and three chrome racks in each oven support sheet pans, hotel pans, and roasting trays for versatile production. Set one oven for proteins while the other bakes sides to streamline your cook-and-hold workflow.
A stainless steel front, sides, backguard, and shelf stand up to daily use, while the 3-1/2" landing ledge and kick plate support active plating on the line. Round stainless steel chef’s handles provide confident control, and a removable crumb tray speeds cleanup. Six-inch legs with adjustable feet simplify leveling on uneven floors.
