The Imperial Range IR-10-SU-XB is a 60" Pro Series gas restaurant range built to accelerate busy service. Ten burners—five open and five step-up—deliver the firepower to boil, sauté, and sear while maintaining sauces on the upper level. With 355,000 BTU of total heat, it supports demanding production without slowing your line.
Optimize workflow with step-up rear burners that improve visibility and pan access, plus standing pilot lights for quick, reliable ignition. A 3-1/2" deep landing ledge streamlines plating and pan staging, while the open cabinet with bottom shelf keeps essentials within reach. The removable crumb tray speeds end-of-shift cleanup.
Built for daily use, this range features a stainless steel front, sides, backguard, and shelf for durability and easier wipe-downs. The standard oven includes a porcelain interior and one chrome rack for versatile baking and finishing. Six-inch legs with adjustable feet help you level the unit on uneven floors.
