Manual controls and a low simmer feature provide precise control across the cooktop. Each oven uses a 1/2 HP blower motor to circulate heat, with porcelain interiors and three chrome racks per cavity to organize trays and pans. Pilot lights support quick, reliable ignition during the rush.
Stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, and kick plate stand up to daily wear and streamline cleaning. Cast iron grates and a removable crumb tray help maintain a tidy work area, while the 3-1/2-inch landing ledge offers staging space for plating.
