The Imperial Range IR-12-EW electric pro series restaurant range brings a 72" cooking platform equipped with (12) wafer elements to support busy service. With (6) 12" x 12" square wafer plates in front and (6) 12" x 13" wafer plates in back, it provides broad, even coverage across the cookline. Infinite heat controls and a max temperature of 650° give operators precise control over output, while (2) standard ovens add capacity for baking and finishing.
Designed for efficient workflow and easy care, this unit features porcelain oven interiors and (1) chrome rack per oven, plus a splatter screen and removable crumb tray to streamline cleanup. The stainless steel front, sides, backguard, landing ledge, and kick plate deliver durability and a clean presentation, and the 6" legs with adjustable feet make leveling straightforward. Certified cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and CE.
