The Imperial IR-12-SU-C is a 72-inch gas restaurant range engineered to keep high-volume lines moving. Twelve total burners—six open and six step-up—team with a convection oven and a standard oven to help chefs execute multiple cooking methods at once. It’s a dependable backbone for restaurants, institutions, and catering kitchens that demand throughput without sacrificing control.
Work the front line efficiently: sear proteins on the front burners while sauces, stocks, and sides simmer on the elevated step-up burners for clear visibility and easy pan access. Standing pilot lights support rapid changeovers throughout service, keeping stations ready for the next ticket.

The convection oven’s 1/2 HP blower and three chrome racks promote even results and flexible loading, while the standard oven handles everyday roasting and baking.
