The Imperial Range IR-12-SU-XB is a 72-inch Pro Series gas restaurant range that maximizes burner capacity and line efficiency. It combines six front open burners with six rear step-up open burners, a standard oven, and an open cabinet base to streamline high-volume cooking and storage in one footprint.
Stage sauté pans up front while the elevated rear bank keeps sauces and sides visible and accessible, helping crews move faster during peak service. The porcelain oven interior stands up to daily use and wipes clean, and the included chrome rack supports roasting, finishing, or baking tasks without slowing the line.
Durable stainless steel surfaces present a professional look and simplify cleanup at the end of service. A round stainless steel chef’s handle, 3-1/2" deep landing ledge, and adjustable 6" legs support confident operation and ergonomic workflow across varied menus.
