The Imperial Range IR-2-G24-C packs versatile cooking power into a compact 36" footprint, helping busy kitchens consolidate saute, griddle, and baking tasks on one station. With a combined 134,000 BTU (39 kW), this gas range supports high-volume production without slowing the line.
Two open burners with a low simmer feature handle delicate sauces and precise pan work, while cast iron grates stand up to daily, heavy-duty use. The integrated 24" griddle enables batch searing, burgers, pancakes, or veggies from breakfast through dinner service.
A convection oven driven by a 1/2 HP blower motor speeds roasting and baking, and its porcelain interior with three chrome racks simplifies loading and cleanup. A 3" wide grease trough, removable grease can, and crumb tray streamline maintenance, and the stainless steel body with a 3-1/2" landing ledge supports efficient plating. Adjustable 6" legs make leveling straightforward on uneven floors.
