Maximize line productivity with the Imperial Range IR-2-G24-P, a Pro Series restaurant range. This 36"W gas unit combines (2) open burners with a low simmer feature, a 24" griddle, and a provection oven to streamline sautéing, searing, griddling, and baking. Delivering 139,000 BTU (41 kW), it offers the power and control chefs need to maintain pace on the line.
For durability and easy cleanup, it features cast iron grates, a porcelain oven interior with (1) chrome rack, and a round stainless steel chef's handle. A 3"W grease trough plus removable grease can and crumb tray keep the station organized, while stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, 3-1/2"D landing ledge, and kick plate handle constant use. 6" legs with adjustable feet simplify leveling, and NSF, CE, CSA Flame, and CSA Star certifications support compliance across facilities.
