The Imperial IR-2-G24 is a 36-inch commercial gas restaurant range that streamlines line-cook workflows with two open burners, a 24-inch griddle, and a standard oven in one footprint. It’s built for busy kitchens that need to move effortlessly from sautéing and searing to griddling and baking without changing stations.
Dial in delicate sauces with the low simmer feature while heavy-duty cast iron grates support high-heat pans. The 24-inch griddle features a 3-inch grease trough, plus a removable grease can and crumb tray to speed cleanup between rushes and at close.
A porcelain oven interior and one chrome rack promote even roasting and reliable bread, sides, or entrées. With stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge, and kick plate—as well as 6-inch legs with adjustable feet—this range installs sturdy, cleans easily, and presents well on the line or in an exhibition kitchen.
