The Imperial IR-2-G36-C-XB restaurant range combines a 36" griddle, two open burners, and a convection oven to keep multiple tickets moving at once. This 48" gas platform adds an open cabinet base for pans and tools, helping chefs stage mise en place on the line.
Deliver robust heat with a total 154,000 BTU (45 kW), while the convection oven’s 1/2 HP blower motor circulates hot air across three chrome racks. Cast iron grates and a low simmer feature support delicate sauces alongside hard sears.
Speed cleanup with a 3" grease trough, removable grease can, and crumb tray. A stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, and 3-1/2" landing ledge pair with 6" adjustable legs to streamline workstation setup and maintenance.
