Drive throughput on a tight line with the Imperial IR-2-G36 Pro Series gas range. Its 48" footprint combines two open burners, a full 36" griddle, and dual space saver ovens so chefs can sear, griddle, and bake at once to keep tickets moving.
Work sauces on low simmer while finishing eggs, burgers, or pancakes on the griddle, aided by pilot lights for reliable burner ignition. A 3" grease trough with removable grease can and crumb tray streamlines cleanup between services.
Built for daily production, this range features cast iron grates, porcelain oven interiors, and a round stainless steel chef’s handle. Stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge, and kick plate withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen, while 6" legs with adjustable feet help you level the line.
