Designed for high-volume service, the IR-2-G60 combines two open burners, a 60" griddle, and dual standard ovens in a streamlined 72" footprint. With 234,000 BTU (69 kW) of total input, this range helps crews execute multiple cooking methods at once to keep tickets moving.
Put the griddle to work during breakfast rush for eggs, pancakes, and bacon while the burners handle sauces or sauté with a reliable low simmer. At the same time, bake, roast, or finish entrées in the porcelain-lined ovens to stage courses efficiently for service.
Daily cleanup is simplified by the polished 3/4" steel griddle plate, 3" grease trough, and removable grease pan and crumb tray. Durable stainless steel sides, front, backguard, and shelf stand up to heavy use, while cast iron grates and manual controls provide dependable performance shift after shift.
