The Imperial Range IR-36-DS is a gas, range-match oven that stacks two standard ovens to multiply your baking and roasting capacity. With a total of 70,000 BTU, it delivers the power busy kitchens need for reliable, all-day production.
Load pans of vegetables up top while finishing proteins below, or dedicate one cavity to breads and sides to keep tickets moving. Each oven includes a chrome rack to get you started and adapts easily as menus change. This configuration streamlines workflow on tight cooklines without reworking the layout.
A porcelain interior simplifies wipe-downs between turns, while a stainless steel front, top, and sides stand up to daily wear and present well on the line.
