Upgrade line throughput with the Imperial IR-36BR-C, a 36-inch gas range match that pairs a charbroiler top with a convection oven base. Deliver consistent results across peak services with 120,000 BTU (35 kW) of total output.
Sear steaks, burgers, and vegetables on cast iron radiants and top grates that retain heat and produce defined sear marks. Bake, roast, or finish in the porcelain-lined convection oven powered by a 1/2 HP blower motor and outfitted with three chrome racks.
Simplify cleanup with an integrated grease trough and removable drip pan to capture runoff. Built for busy kitchens, the stainless steel front and sides, 11-inch backguard, landing ledge, kick plate, and 6-inch adjustable legs stand up to daily use, while NSF and CSA listings offer added peace of mind.
