Cast iron radiants and top grates distribute heat evenly and imprint appetizing grill marks, ideal for steaks, burgers, seafood, and vegetables. A grease trough channels runoff to a removable drip pan, accelerating cleanup between rushes and reducing downtime.
Stainless steel front and sides stand up to heavy use, while the 11-inch backguard, landing ledge, and kick plate support efficient plating and a cleaner line. Adjustable 6-inch legs help level the unit, and the bottom-shelf cabinet keeps pans and tools within reach.
