Sear proteins and sauté sides on the open burners, then drop to a low simmer for delicate sauces. Use the 24" griddle for eggs, smash burgers, or pancakes; the 3" grease trough, removable grease can, and crumb tray streamline cleanup. Cast iron grates support heavy pans and maintain steady heat transfer.
Bake or roast in the porcelain-lined oven using the included chrome rack to stage sheet pans or skillets. Stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, landing ledge, and kick plate present a clean, durable workspace. Level the unit on 6" adjustable legs and keep essentials on the bottom shelf for faster service during the rush.
