The Imperial IR-4-G36-C is a 60-inch gas restaurant range that consolidates four open burners, a 36-inch griddle, and both a convection and a standard oven to streamline busy back-of-house workflows. Chefs can move from sauté to sear to bake without changing stations, boosting throughput during peak service.
Dial in heat with manual controls and a low simmer feature for sauces, reductions, and holding. Cast iron grates support heavy cookware, while the 3/4-inch polished steel griddle plate spreads heat evenly for breakfast, burgers, and batch searing. Porcelain oven interiors and removable grease management components simplify end-of-shift cleanup.
Built for daily commercial use, this unit features a stainless steel front, sides, backguard, and shelf, plus a 3-1/2-inch landing ledge for plating or staging.
