Built for high-output kitchens, the Imperial Range IR-4-G36-C-XB maximizes cooking capacity and workflow in a compact 60-inch footprint. This gas range integrates four open burners, a 36-inch griddle, a convection oven, and an open cabinet base to keep tools and sheet pans within reach.
Chefs can sear, sauté, and simmer on cast iron grates while handling smash burgers, breakfast items, or seared proteins on the 3/4-inch polished steel griddle plate. The porcelain-lined convection oven with a 1/2 HP blower motor and three chrome racks supports baking, roasting, or finishing sides—all on the same line.
Designed for durability and easy cleaning, this unit features stainless steel surfaces, a wide 3-1/2-inch landing ledge, removable grease can and crumb tray, and a 3-inch grease trough. With pilot lights, a low simmer feature, and 6-inch adjustable legs, operators can fine-tune performance and ergonomics for any service.
