The Imperial Range IR-4-G36 Pro Series restaurant range optimizes line efficiency with a 60" footprint that unites four open burners, a full 36" griddle, and two standard ovens. Gas-fired and manually controlled with pilot lights, it delivers responsive, straightforward operation during peak service.
Sear, sauté, and simmer over durable cast iron grates while the 3/4" polished steel griddle handles pancakes, burgers, or hash browns with even results. A 3" grease trough plus removable grease can and crumb tray accelerate cleanup so the line stays moving.
Below, porcelain oven interiors and one chrome rack per oven support reliable roasting and baking. Stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, and kick plate, along with a 3-1/2" landing ledge and 6" legs with adjustable feet, reinforce durability and convenient workflow.
