This 72-inch unit combines four open burners, a 48-inch griddle with a 3/4-inch polished steel plate, and two convection ovens to keep multiple stations moving. Manual controls and a low simmer feature give chefs precise command over delicate sauces, sears, and holds.
Griddle smash burgers at lunch while simmering stocks on the burners, then bake or roast in the convection ovens to finish service strong. Each oven features a 1/2 HP blower motor for consistent airflow, porcelain interiors for easy cleanup, and three chrome racks to flex between pans and sheet trays. A 3-inch grease trough, removable grease pan, and crumb tray streamline maintenance between rushes.
Built for durability and clean presentation, the unit includes a stainless steel front, sides, backguard, and shelf, plus a 3-1/2-inch landing ledge and kick plate. Cast iron grates and 6-inch legs with adjustable feet support heavy-duty use and line reconfiguration. Total output is 268,000 BTU (79 kW), with NSF, CE, CSA Flame, and CSA Star compliance for peace of mind.
