The Imperial Range IR-4-G48 Pro Series restaurant range streamlines high-volume cooking with a 72-inch gas platform that unites four open burners, a 48-inch griddle, and two standard ovens. Chefs can fire sautés, hold a low simmer, and shift to the griddle or ovens without changing stations.
The 3/4-inch polished steel griddle distributes heat and channels runoff to a 3-inch grease trough for quick cleanup, while the removable grease pan and crumb tray support continuous service. Cast iron grates over the open burners handle heavy stockpots and pans for searing, boiling, or delicate reductions using the low simmer feature.
Manual controls provide straightforward operation across a total of 278,000 BTU (81 kW) to keep pace during peak periods. A stainless steel front, sides, backguard, and shelf, plus a 3-1/2-inch landing ledge, kick plate, and 6-inch legs with adjustable feet, help maintain orderly workflows and a clean presentation on the line.
