The Imperial Range IR-4 is a compact 24" gas range engineered to streamline busy cooklines. Four open burners with standing pilot lights get pans hot fast and keep service moving, while a low simmer feature helps you hold delicate sauces without scorching.
A space saver oven with a durable porcelain interior and one chrome rack expands your menu flexibility for baking, finishing, or reheating. Cast iron grates support heavy cookware and distribute heat evenly for searing proteins, sautéing vegetables, and boiling stocks.
Stainless steel front, sides, and backguard present a professional look and simplify cleanup between rushes. A 3-1/2" deep landing ledge improves plating and pan staging, and 6" legs with adjustable feet make leveling straightforward on uneven floors.
