Control delicate reductions with the low simmer feature while rugged cast iron grates support heavy pots and pans. The convection oven’s 1/2 HP blower motor promotes consistent baking across three chrome racks, and its porcelain interior streamlines cleanup. A 3" wide grease trough with a removable grease can and crumb tray keeps the griddle area tidy through rushes.
Built for demanding kitchens, this unit features a stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, and a 3-1/2" deep landing ledge for plating and staging. An open cabinet with a bottom shelf keeps essentials within reach, while 6" legs with adjustable feet help you level on uneven floors.
