Stage pans on the 3-1/2" landing ledge while the low simmer feature holds sauces and pilot lights enable fast turnarounds between tickets. The 12" griddle handles eggs, sandwiches, and finishing sears, channeling runoff to a 3" grease trough with a removable grease can for quick cleanup.
Porcelain oven interiors simplify wipe-downs, and each oven includes a chrome rack for flexible loading. Cast iron grates support heavy cookware, and the kick plate helps protect the base from bumps. Level the unit to your line with sturdy 6" legs and adjustable feet.
