Built for high-volume service, this 60-inch gas range brings powerful, multi-station cooking to busy lines. Six open burners and a 24-inch griddle let chefs sear, sauté, and griddle-cook side by side, while dual ovens keep entrées and sides moving without bottlenecks.
The convection oven’s 1/2 HP blower motor helps accelerate roasting and finishing, as the standard oven handles everyday baking and holding. Cast iron grates support heavy pans, and pilot lights with a low simmer feature make it easy to dial in delicate reductions or hold sauces at temperature.
Designed to simplify cleanup and upkeep, the range features porcelain oven interiors, a 3-inch grease trough with a removable grease can, and a removable crumb tray. A stainless steel front, sides, backguard, and shelf pair with a 3-1/2-inch landing ledge for efficient plating and staging. Adjustable 6-inch legs aid leveling, and NSF, CE, CSA Flame, and CSA Star certifications support code compliance for foodservice operators and facility managers.
