Power a busy line with the Imperial IR-6-G36-C gas range designed for high-volume, mixed-menu production. At 72 inches wide, it combines six open burners, a 36-inch griddle, and both convection and standard ovens to maximize station efficiency for chefs and operators.
Ignite pilot-lit burners for fast searing while the low simmer feature holds delicate sauces. Cast iron grates support heavy stockpots and let you slide pans smoothly. The griddle’s 3/4-inch polished steel plate and 3-inch grease trough speed production and simplify daily cleaning with a removable grease pan and crumb tray.
Bake, roast, or finish with the convection oven’s 1/2 HP blower motor and porcelain interior with three chrome racks. Use the additional standard oven for holding or à la carte orders, also finished in porcelain with an included rack. Manual controls, stainless steel construction, and adjustable 6-inch legs support reliable performance in commercial kitchens with a total output of 317,000 BTU.
