Drive precision on the line with a low simmer feature and manual controls for intuitive, repeatable results. The 3/4" polished steel griddle plate with a 3" grease trough, plus removable grease pan and crumb tray, help keep stations clean during peak service. Cast iron grates, porcelain oven interiors, and one chrome rack per oven support everyday durability and easy rotation of pans.
Built for demanding kitchens, this pro series range features a stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, 3.5" landing ledge, and kick plate, all set on 6" legs with adjustable feet for leveling.
