The Imperial Range IR-6-RG24-C Pro Series restaurant range streamlines high-volume production with a powerful, versatile cookline in a 60-inch footprint. Six open burners with pilot lights, a 24-inch raised griddle/broiler, and dual ovens let teams cook, sear, broil, bake, and finish plates without breaking pace.
Dial in delicate reductions with the low simmer feature on cast iron grates while the 3/4-inch polished steel griddle plate handles searing, smash burgers, or breakfast service. A 3-inch grease trough with removable grease can and a crumb tray speed end-of-shift cleanup.
The convection oven’s 1/2 HP blower motor circulates heat for consistent roasting and baking, while the standard oven manages holding or à la carte items. Stainless steel front, sides, backguard, shelf, and a 3-1/2-inch landing ledge support busy lines, and adjustable 6-inch legs make leveling simple. Certified NSF, CE, CSA Flame, and CSA Star, this range delivers 297,000 BTU (87 kW) of total output for demanding kitchens.
