Fire up six 32,000 BTU PyroCentric burners with cast iron grates for fast boils, hard sears, and a 7,000 BTU low simmer for delicate reductions. The 3/4" polished steel griddle plate delivers even heat for breakfast items, smash burgers, and quesadillas, while the built-in broiler adds instant finishing power. A 3" grease trough, removable grease can, and crumb tray simplify cleanup between tickets.
The convection oven’s 1/2 HP blower and porcelain interior promote consistent, even baking on three chrome racks—ideal for sheet pans, roasting, or par-bakes. An open cabinet base keeps pans and smallwares within arm’s reach, and the stainless steel exterior with adjustable 6" legs stands up to daily commercial use.
