The Imperial Range IR-8-EW is a 48" electric Pro Series restaurant range designed to streamline back-of-house workflow. It combines (8) wafer elements with (2) space saver ovens, giving chefs flexible cooking zones and baking capacity within a compact footprint. The wafer plate configuration places (4) 12" x 12" square plates up front and (4) 12" x 13" plates in back, paired with infinite heat controls and a max temperature of 650° for precise, consistent results.
Daily operation and cleanup are supported by practical details: a porcelain oven interior, (1) chrome rack per oven, a splatter screen, and a removable crumb tray. The stainless steel front, sides, backguard, landing ledge, and kick plate stand up to heavy use, while 6" legs with adjustable feet help achieve a level, ergonomic setup. Certified cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and CE, this range is built for professional kitchens focused on performance and efficiency.
