The Imperial Range IR-8-G24-C combines high-output burners, a 24" griddle, and dual ovens to centralize production on a single 72" line. This pro series gas restaurant range delivers 381,000 BTU to support peak-volume cooking while conserving hood space and steps. Deploy it in busy kitchens that need to sear, griddle, bake, and roast simultaneously.
Work the sauté station with eight open burners featuring pilot lights, cast iron grates, and a low simmer feature for delicate sauces. Move to the 24" griddle, built with a 3/4" polished steel plate that handles burgers, breakfast, and à la minute finishing. A 3" grease trough plus removable grease pan and crumb tray streamline cleanup between service periods.
Bake or finish in the convection oven, powered by a 1/2 HP blower motor with a porcelain interior and three chrome racks for flexible loading. Use the standard oven for roasting, holding, or overflow baking, also lined in porcelain. Stainless steel front, sides, backguard, and shelf, a 3-1/2" landing ledge, and 6" adjustable legs support durable, ergonomic daily use with simple manual controls.
